The Challenge

At the start of 2025, Playdigo and BIGO Ads set out to scale high-quality video and display supply while continuously optimizing bidding algorithms and refining endpoint structure to ensure low-friction delivery. Their shared goal was to improve monetization metrics such as fill rate and sRCPM, without compromising transparency or operational control.

The Strategy
